Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers, answering product questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load and unload products from vehicles and within the yard.
- Stock products, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate loading of merchandise onto vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by stacking products neatly, removing debris, and reporting any damage or issues to management.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift operator certification required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify merchandise.
