This position is based in Hagerstown , MD or surrounding areas, and we welcome local candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Duties :
- Engage Customers : Greet and initiate conversations with retail customers to uncover their heating and cooling needs.
- Generate Leads : Promote McCrea's HVAC services, identify opportunities, and schedule consultations for equipment replacement or upgrades.
