HVAC Sales Specialist – Base Salary Commission!
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Residential Sales Comfort Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and HVAC knowledge to provide exceptional service to homeowners. You will follow up on leads, assess equipment needs, provide accurate quotes, and maintain excellent customer contact throughout the sales process. This role offers a base salary plus commission , allowing you to maximize your earning potential while providing outstanding service to our clients.
Duties :
- Visit customer homes to assess HVAC equipment needs, perform system evaluations, and make recommendations.
- Provide accurate, competitive quotes for HVAC installation, replacement, and service.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads to answer questions, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Drive to customer locations as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
