This position is based in Baltimore, MD or surrounding areas, and we welcome local candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Duties:
- Report punctually to assigned retail locations ready to engage customers.
- Proactively approach and converse with retail customers to identify potential leads interested in or needing heating/cooling equipment replacements.
- Provide information about McCrea's HVAC services and schedule appointments for consultations.
- Collaborate with store personnel to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads generated and appointments scheduled.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional materials and displays.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve lead generation strategies and customer engagement.
