We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This office-based position is critical in ensuring the smooth scheduling of our projects and services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to clerical duties.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for energy assessments and installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, work orders, and customer information.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing.
- Provide support to the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative, or clerical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
