We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for pulling and placing orders, stocking materials, and assisting with warehouse operations. This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow—start your journey with us today!
Duties:
- Stock and organize HVAC-related materials to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
- Pull and place inventory orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are handled safely.
- Operate a forklift to lift and move materials (experience welcomed but not required).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, with good mobility and the ability to safely handle sharp objects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity for strategic thinking in a dynamic work environment.
- Must pass a drug test and background screening.
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus; forklift experience is a bonus, though not required.
- Punctuality and a strong commitment to attendance are essential.
