Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a pivotal role in HVAC operations? McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a New Construction Scheduling Coordinator to ensure seamless scheduling and job completion for our New Construction Team!
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate installation and Start & Check schedules on Service Titan and builder portals (Supply Pro, DR Horton, HB1) while maintaining efficient workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, collaborating with superintendents, builders, and field teams.
- Manage and track job progress , including assigning incomplete jobs, coordinating missing parts, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Maintain accurate job records by properly tagging and updating statuses in Service Titan (e.g., Propane, Energy Star, Part Needed, Start & Check Completed).
- Verify and update work orders , ensuring all required Service Titan forms are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate with builders and technicians , including making daily confirmation calls / emails to verify site readiness and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Handle builder concerns and complaints , forwarding issues to the appropriate Field Manager while assisting with material and part orders to prevent delays.
- Oversee administrative tasks , such as scheduling meetings, coordinating vehicle repairs, approving technician time-off requests, and submitting Energy Star documentation.
