What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at McCready Leasing?
Seeking Facility Manager to oversee and perform all preventative and reactive maintenance for a single healthcare facility. This Facility Manager will lead a team of 1-3 others to fulfill job responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform noted maintenance activities on set intervals
- Coordinate third-party inspections & installations
- Respond timely to all work orders
- Lawn & grounds management including mowing, trimming, and snow removal
- Maintain all equipment used in connection with the facility
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Thorough understanding of plumbing, mechanical, & electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Working knowledge of machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report continuous department progress
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other facility personnel as well as company resources and vendors
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus a minimum of 3-years' experience in a managerial maintenance role
- Certificate / degree from a vocational school or additional education in facility management is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) with ability to learn new programs as required
OTHER INFORMATION
Normal working hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm. Occasional Saturday operations, to be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Bonus opportunities based on a combination of budget/resource management, quality, & client satisfaction.
Must pass background check.
