General job duties include developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.

Acts as a patient advocate and provides support, information, and direct care.

Educates patients and families on significant self-care issues.

Job Requirements

1 year experience required

Active MD state License required

BLS (AHA Only) required

Schedule Information

12-hour 7A-7P shifts rotating weekends required.

12-hour 7P-7A shifts rotating weekends required.

Will be assigned holiday pattern upon placement into facility.

Unit Specific Information

Will remain in Nursing Home and Skilled Nursing units.
