We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in the field. This position requires a strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills, as they will be responsible for providing support to customers in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues with equipment.
- Provide on-site customer service and technical support.
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment in the field.
- Provide customer training on the use of equipment.
- Keep accurate records of service calls and repairs.
- Test and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
