Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client goals and needs, ensuring that MCCS National’s services are aligned with their expectations.
- Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to any issues.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their accounts and ongoing services.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant departments to improve services and offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions to meet those needs.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools is a plus.
