Qualifications
- Previous experience in estimating, preferably in the insurance restoration or construction industry.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates good character, reliability, and a positive attitude in all aspects of work.

Role and Responsibilities
- Utilize Xactimate software to create accurate estimates and supplements for property damage claims.
- Prepare detailed supporting documentation, including photographs, measurements, and itemized lists, to justify estimate amounts.
- Collaborate with adjusters, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Advocate for the accuracy and validity of estimates during discussions with adjusters, contractors, and clients.
- Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and pricing trends to ensure estimates are current and competitive.
- Provide guidance to file agents on estimating processes, Xactimate usage, and documentation requirements, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
