Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative role, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates good character, reliability, and a positive attitude in all aspects of work.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks.
- Supervising administrative staff and delegating responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Leading team meeting and introducing new policies and concepts.
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures to promote productivity, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with human resources functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, in collaboration with the HR department.
- Supporting accounting and financial processes, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for team members and visitors.
