Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience in an asset management environment to join our team in Boston, MA . This role involves the development and maintenance of software applications that support Investment Operations and Enterprise Data Management initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience in full-stack software development utilizing various languages including C# and Python , financial systems , and a solid background in investment operations and portfolio accounting data . This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in our Boston office three days a week.
What You'll Do :
- Act as an individual contributor with some leadership responsibilities.
- Collaborate in an agile team to enhance, support, and develop new software applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide approvals to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on specific applications and platforms.
- Analyze business workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency, risk reduction, and capability advancement.
- Work with investment middle office data , including portfolio accounting and transaction data processing.
- Design, build, and maintain custom data interfaces and full-stack applications using cloud-native technologies .
- Provide on-call support as needed.
