Our client, McCullough Creative, a creative design build agency in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking a Director of Displays & Exhibits to join their leadership team. The Director of Displays & Exhibits will grow relationships with key clients with a focus on museum, nature center, trade show, and branded environment projects. The person in this role will be included in strategic planning, high-level decision making, process improvement, and increasing the value of the displays and exhibits division as well as the agency as a whole.
This is an onsite position in Dubuque, Iowa.
As Director of Displays & Exhibits, you will:
- New business: Assess and respond to prospective opportunities from a service mindset.
- Develop project scopes of work, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop client relationships and oversee projects from initial contact through delivery and installation.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement the tactical activities required to achieve annual company goals.
- Build and develop an effective and engaged team focused on quality and service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing successful client relationships
- Advanced knowledge of the design and fabrication of displays, exhibits, and corporate environments
- Ability to clearly communicate specific client needs and objectives to the internal team
- Strong working knowledge of graphic design and the creative and fabrication processes
- Strong knowledge of branding and marketing principles
- Excellent creative problem solving and presentation skills

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
