Responsibilities
- Register HVAC equipment to secure manufacturer warranties.
- Manage utility and manufacturer rebates with timeliness and accuracy.
- Pull permits and maintain all necessary documentation.
- Support job setup and scheduling alongside the Install Coordinator.
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, care and kindness.
- Provide general administrative support and assist where needed across teams.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in HVAC administration, dispatch, or permit/rebate coordination preferable.
- Knowledge of HVAC system components is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative within the role.
