Job Summary:
The ServiceTitan Administrator will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining our ServiceTitan platform to ensure seamless operations and maximize efficiency. This role includes troubleshooting issues, training staff, and implementing new features to align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the ServiceTitan platform.
- Customize and configure ServiceTitan workflows, pricing, reporting, and settings to meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on using ServiceTitan efficiently.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs within ServiceTitan.
- Collaborate with various departments (sales, operations, finance) to ensure ServiceTitan integrates smoothly with existing processes.
- Stay up-to-date on new features, updates, and best practices within the ServiceTitan ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with ServiceTitan (administration, configuration, and support).
- Strong understanding of HVAC operations and workflows.

- Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and analytics within ServiceTitan.
- Exceptional communication and training skills.
