Position Overview: 

We are looking for a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This position will involve reporting, monitoring, and evaluating active claims and large healthcare accounts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, ensuring effective case management and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in medical malpractice defense cases with professionalism and expertise.

- Analyze and evaluate active claims, providing insights and strategies for case resolution.

- Prepare and manage documentation and reports on case statuses and outcomes.

- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.

- Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, including clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the Illinois Bar.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in medical malpractice defense or relevant legal practice.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
