We are making strides in the automotive industry and bringing state of the art automotive technology to our new and improved facilities. McCurley Dealerships has a fast-paced sales & finance department with an established clientele and we are seeking to add a driven Finance Manager to our team.
As a Finance Manager, the candidate will oversee the entire sales operation, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and team success. The ideal candidate is a hard-working and motivated person with the experience necessary to lead our sales team and drive sales performance in our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead yourself and your team daily in ways that support McCurley’s Vision and Mission.
- Process all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the vehicle transaction in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with lending partners to help secure and process deals within dealer expectations.
- Set and communicate a clear vision and goals for department objectives.
- Provide customers with a thorough explanation of their financing, as well as available service contracts and aftermarket products.
- Communicate interdepartmentally at a high level to ensure proper processing of vehicle transactions.
- Secure and protect dealer and customer information.
- Partner with store leadership to analyze business opportunities and develop action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience preferred.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted objectives for themselves and others.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, communicate at a high level, and have excellent follow-through.
- Ability to use technology proficiently to track, monitor, and report on key performance objectives.
Pay ranges from $ 120,000 to $ 130,000.00 annually depending on qualifications and experience. Additional income potential based on department profitability and bonus.
