The McDaniel Agency is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team! Our Benefit Consultants meet with business owners and HR personnel to offer and maintain employee benefit plans through payroll deduction. We build relationships with clients and ensure financial protection for them and their families in case any unfortunate outcomes occur. Now more than ever, we are looking for career minded individuals to meet the growing demands of our client base with a competitive salary and incentives. Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, HR Directors, and Business owners
- Meet with and educate Business Owners and HR Directors to determine which solutions best fit their needs of their business and employees.
- Meet with employees to educate them on the best fits of their benefits, to provide the appropriate number of benefits to help out them and their families for their futures.
- Continued customer service by working with all new and existing policyholders.
