This includes our commissary team members. We are seeking a detail-oriented Commissary Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and distributing commissary orders to inmates while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with facility policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service within a correctional environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and fulfill inmate commissary orders.
- Ensure compliance with facility regulations and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory.
- Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with facility staff and inmates.
- Assist with reporting and resolving any discrepancies in orders or inventory.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform essential job duties safely and effectively in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations, while meeting productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs as needed.
