Job Responsibilities:
- Install custom cabinets and millwork for residential and commercial projects
- Measure and prepare installation sites to ensure accurate placement
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for cabinet installation
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure installations meet design and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site installation challenges
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
- Assisting in the cabinet shop with fabrication, assembly, and finishing as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cabinet installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 100 lbs)
- Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, or in various job site environments
