What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Supervisor - CIP position at McDermott Center?
The Supervisor of Community Integrated Programs is responsible for the overall management and coordination of services on the Community Integration Program and will provide general supervision over the recovery home team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Provide direct supervision and support to recovery home and / or staff in the recovery home for which no supervisory staff has been assigned or designated.
Conducts internal audits of supervised staff's performance, attendance, and completion of documentation their reporting staff performance evaluations.
Complete supervised staff performance reviews and maintain records to same.
Develop goals and objectives specific to each managed program or service.
Program development specific to each managed program or service and reflective of its established goals and objectives.
Meets weekly with the Asst. Clinical Director and staff to ensure integrated coordination of shared residents / clients.
Evaluation of program efficiency and effectiveness.
Direct involvement with key stakeholders.
External marketing of managed programs the recovery homes overall.
Networking and Public Relations.
Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups and document for each resident in attendance.
Provide written and monthly report (MOR) to administration that is reflective of each managed program or service's activities in addition to other written reports that may be requested or required.
Assist in fund seeking activities / grant preparation.
Advocate for Haymarket Center in the recovering community.
Conduct secondary / tertiary interview with job applicants and present recommendations for hire to VP of Clinical Services.
Seek supervision as appropriate and necessary.
Other duties as required for effective team work.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide direct supervision to Recovery Home staff.
Responsible for overall program management or assigned programs and / or services.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
CADC or Clinical License.
Knowledge of and ability to manage three or more clinical programs or services.
Knowledge of and ability to perform clinical supervisory functions.
Can deal with multiple projects in stressful environment.
