As a Timekeeper at McDermott International, Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the accuracy of our timekeeping and payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize timekeeping software (Timeworks) to accurately record and maintain employee time and attendance data
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all timekeeping activities
- Work closely with the HR team to maintain a database of personnel's personal information
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records
- Assist in analyzing timekeeping data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies
Requirements:
- 3 years of timekeeping experience, preferably in an oil and gas project environment
- Strong proficiency in mathematical computations, data entry, and filing
- Experience working with electronic timekeeping systems and payroll-related principles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study preferred
- Bilingual Spanish desirable
