This position involves the oversight of subcontract administration, including development and maintenance of the Project Subcontract Execution Plan.
Key Tasks
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors
- Review and approve subcontract awards, invoices, and payments
- Facilitate pre-award clarifications, kick-off meetings, and post-award procedures
- Establish and manage all post-award subcontract administration procedures
- Manage subcontract correspondence files using an electronic document management system (EDMS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in construction or the oil and gas industry
- 5-8 years of experience in procurement/material management including subcontracts administration
