Duties
- Will learn the process of installation of flat, commercial roofs
- Operate hand tools, ex: cordless screw guns, hot air welder, sawsall, etc
- Assist in fabricating products as needed, following established guidelines.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor role is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards related to construction is beneficial.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
