McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a candidate to fill the extraordinarily crucial role of Intake Specialist. This is a great opportunity to work as the first point of contact for potential clients. Those with experience in sales understand the importance of a quality first impression.

Applicants must have a positive attitude, be responsible, possess the ability to work under pressure and detail-oriented.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Receive new client leads including online inquiries and telephone inquiries.
  • Follow-up on new leads
  • Review sign-up documents with new client

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Minimum of one year of office work experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales.
  • Strong date-entry skills.

    • We will provide comprehensive training and support for the right person.

    Requirements

  • US work authorization (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Fluent in Spanish (Preferred but not required)

    18-$26 per hour
