This role blends member services, event planning assistance, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-client environment.
Location : Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – Some Remote Work Possible)
Schedule : Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available
Compensation : Based on Experience & Employment Type (part time or full time)
Travel : Required (Approx. 7-8 times per year throughout California)
Key Responsibilities :
- Process membership applications and renewals
- Field member phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Assist in membership campaigns, including creating and sending emails using platforms like Constant Contact and Mailchimp
- Support event planning, including managing event registration systems and logistics
- Provide onsite event support, assisting with setup, registration, and general coordination
- Provide general administrative support, working closely with the Executive Director team
- Conduct outbound calls to members for engagement and retention initiatives
- Help execute strategies to increase membership and enhance member experiences
