Audi Denver Finance Manager

Pay is based off commission: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 annually.

Audi Denver is currently seeking a Professional Finance Manager who is looking to upgrade not only their income and skillset but also to surround themselves with a team constantly pushing each other to improve their craft. We are one of the top performing Audi Dealers in the country and are seeking to fill the elite position in our Finance Department with a highly motivated and successful automotive professional. Those who should consider applying for this role must have multiple years of proven and verifiable excellence as a finance manager or be a current GSM/General Manager. Only those who can provide proof of phenomenal performance and exhibit the behaviors of a skilled leader on a daily basis should apply. Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• Exceptional customer service and positive attitude.
• $3,000 PVR in highline or comparable automotive F&I.
• Servant Leadership.
• 3 or more years of experience in a dealership finance position.
• CDK/R1 Experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Professional attire and well groomed.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• A Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Pass motor vehicle record check.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Job descriptions (include but are not limited to the following):

• Arrange financing for the customer and offers for automotive aftermarket products such as extended service contracts, anti-theft and other devices designed to protect the customer's investment in the vehicle.
• Establish and maintain high quality relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
• Submit paperwork to obtain approval on all finance deals.
• Work directly with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale, establish and meet monthly objectives, and check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Verify insurance with customers' agents, obtain deposits, and verify trade payoffs.
