- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer and service department demands.
- Supervise, train, and mentor parts department staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of product knowledge.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Monitor and analyze parts department performance, including sales and gross profit, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized department, including storage areas and display sections.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license.
