About your role :
The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the retail sales floor. They are responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization. The Sales Manager directs and leads teams to ensure that sales, operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics are achieved.
Compensation Overview
Average compensation for this position is $75,000 / yr with top salespeople earning $150,00 / yr
