Compensation Overview
Average compensation for this position is $120,000 with top performers earning $160,000
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain effective relationships with equipment and supplies vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of both.
- Resolve customers’ billing and/or service concerns to appropriate department to resolve and follow through to completion.
- Supervising all service staff.
- Employee scheduling.
- Responsible for new hire training and employee development.
- Oversee service drive process and efficiency.
- Assist with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles.
Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:
- Service Manager: 2-3 years
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)
- Prior experience can be dealer or independent
- Excellent customer service skills and a forward-thinking, technology driven mindset
