About Your Role :
This position handles incoming and outgoing automotive titles, outgoing title work, title reassignments, scanning and filing. This position will call lien holders to obtain status of title to assist the Title team. The Title Assistant is responsible for assisting the Title Team with various administrative duties, in addition to the duties described above.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities :
- Assigns incoming titles to the correct store.
- Applies for dealer titles and duplicate titles.
- Scans in all mortgage cards and drop count sheets.
- Files incoming titles to their corresponding jackets.
- Calls financial institutions to check status of title for vehicles we paid off.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
- Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
Education :
High school diploma is required. College experience in accounting is highly desirable.
