McDonald Bros is looking for enthusiastic Laborers with Construction Experience a plus.
Job Purpose
Construction laborers are responsible for completing many duties on job sites that help work run smoother.
Job Description Role and Responsibilities
- Works under the general direction of the site foreman.
- Helping pipe layers.
- Cleans and prepares job sites.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, etc. with aggregate base, asphalt and concrete.
- Dig ditches and trenches, excavation, backfill, compact and level Earth to grade specifications.
- Load, unload, identify materials, machinery, and tools. Distribute them to the appropriate locations.
- Participates in weekly safety meetings and follows all safety guidelines.
- Ability to adjust actions in relation to others’ actions and give full attention to the details of each job.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
