Job Summary: Under the management of the project manager and the direction of the project lead, the skilled laborer is responsible for operating all tools and machines, assisting in providing a successful product for our clients, and completing all property maintenance at an exceptional level.
Our crew is involved in large scale municipal projects throughout northeast Wisconsin. They work year-round and stay busy during the wintertime with indoor property maintenance projects and snow removal. We are looking for employees who are willing to learn, have a can-do attitude, enjoy physical work outdoors and indoors, and can be team players. We will continue to provide training to help advance skill level and knowledge.
We are looking to add both permanent and seasonal employees to our team! Base pay will start at $25/ hour and vary based on experience. Schedule for this position is set for Monday- Friday but schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of heavy machinery such has skid steer, grader, tractor, front- end loader, or excavator
- Landscaping installation of hard and softscapes for commercial and residential projects
- Snow removal
- Customer satisfaction driven while keeping safety first
- Communicate project needs to the Project Lead
- Maintain a professional level of communication with colleagues, Project Leads, and customers
- Ensure delegated tasks are completed with the customers request and safety regulations in mind
- Contribute to a positive work environment
Ideal Candidates:
- Possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Hold extensive knowledge related to landscaping, machinery, and concrete
- Are reliable, dependable, and energetic
- 1-2 years of experience with a skid steer, dozer, grader, tractor, and/or excavator
- Abilities to work a manual, labor intensive position
- Previous Experience in concrete, masonry, and carpentry is a plus!
- Frequently required to lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- Have the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Take pride in leading by example
- Have the willingness to learn new skills
