WSW Logistics is looking to expand our team! We are a subsidiary of McDonald Companies, the family-owned business that has been around for over 120 years! As a company we provide services around commercial real estate development, property management, and supply chain needs to our tenants and our community. We are looking to add a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to help our growing team and business in the Green Bay area! This role has scheduled hours that will range from 6am - 3pm. Given that business and customer needs change we want to make sure you are taken care of while providing the best service to our teams. That is why we pay all hours over 40 at time and a half! Think of how much that can grow when all PTO and holiday time counts towards the 40 hour accrual as well as Sundays paid at time and a half!

What You'd Be Doing:
- Operating forklifts in compliance with OSHA requirements
- Maintaining the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to both incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintaining an accurate and effective inventory control system
- Potential to hand pick/pack orders for some specific customers
- Handling all documentation, bill of ladings and customer service
- Assisting with developing documented procedures based on customer specifications including site-specific goals and updating progress monthly
