Job Responsibilities:
Repair vehicles back to like new condition per repair estimate
Perform work to meet manufacturer and insurance standards
Communicate with manager and team members effectively to achieve departmental goals
Promote a productive working relationship with others
Listen to and support new ideas and approaches; adapt to change quickly
Meet or exceed flat rate time allowances
Use computer-related software to review manuals including diagrams as necessary to complete the repair
Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Minimum 2 years experience in auto body repair
State Certified
Strong automotive repair background
