About the Position:
As a Sales & Finance Support Specialist, you will:
Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget
Provide an exceptional buying experience by building strong relationships and guiding customers through the sales process
Work closely with management to learn and assist with finance & insurance (F&I), including loan approvals, warranties, and protection packages
Maintain a strong knowledge of Chevrolet models, features, and financing options
Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business and referrals
Assist with dealership promotions, events, and online sales inquiries

Proven Sales Experience (Automotive preferred, but strong retail or business-to-consumer sales considered)
