Job Description
This exciting opportunity involves interacting with customers to determine their needs and discussing vehicle options. You will commit to becoming an auto sales expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory and technology. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience, making lifelong customers.
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and technology
- Facilitate customer test drives to demonstrate industry-leading features
- Complete quotes and explain financing options
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers
- Follow up with all existing customers to confirm their satisfaction, maintain strong relationships, and generate leads
- Presentation vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers
- Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and training courses
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and competitive spirit, with a desire to learn and be successful
- Outgoing personality with a desire to serve others
- Ability to formulate professional email, text, and digital correspondence
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to ask for the sale and follow through to close
- Valid driver's license

Additional Information
This is a full-time position, requiring an 8-hour shift, with weekends as needed. Supplemental pay includes commission pay. The work location is in person at McDonald GMC Cadillac.
