Full-Time Physical Therapy Aide: 38 hours a week M-F between the hours of 6:45am-7:15pm.

Our physical therapy aides play a highly valued role in our patients’ overall attitude and recovery. We are seeking professionals who are eager to be trained. Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage intricate schedule for Licensed Physical Therapy practitioner.
- Manage patient flow and efficiency
- Consistently communicate with therapist; relay patient information and findings especially any abnormal conditions or responses to treatment
- Assist with set up and take down of therapeutic modalities.
- Safely adjust exercise equipment for patient
- Develop a professional and personal rapport with each patient.
- Maintain proper and highly accurate chart documentation, schedule patient follow-up appointments, organize and print home exercise programs for patients
- Take new patient histories and obtain daily information from patients.
- Maintain clinic sanitation protocols, physical therapy supply inventory, and linens

Qualifications
- Solid ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not necessary (especially in exercise science/physiology, kinesiology, biology, pre-PT, athletic training, and sports performance).
- Candidates must be able to stand, stoop, move, and perform light lifting duties for 4-8 hours at a time.
Hours of Operation
Hours of operation 6:45 am - 7:15 pm Monday through Thursday
6:45am – 5:15pm Friday
No Weekends
