HR COORDINATOR up to $19/hour
Join a growing company! We are a large McDonald's Franchisee and we are looking for a Human Resource assistant in our office in West Palm Beach.
Responsibilities:
- Answers and directs departmental phone calls
- Payroll entries, I-9 compliance
- New Hire Paperwork
- Generate reports
- Assist with onboarding
- Conduct fun, friendly informative orientations
Requirements:
- Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS systems
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Highly organized
- Reliable
- Works well with a team
- Completes tasks on time
- HR experience is required
- Restaurant Experience is helpful
