Kitchen Crew
o Ensures safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
o Maintains health and sanitation across the work areas
o Ensures complete and constant cleanliness of utensils, surfaces, and cooking areas
o Operates ovens, deep-fat fryers, grills and other large-volume equipment for cooking
o Ensures all food prepared meets McDonald’s Quality Standards
o Prepares food per customers’ requests
o Stocks, restocks, and cleans workstations
o Follows recipe in preparing all foods
Service
o Required to provide outstanding customer service to all customers and employees alike
o Answering questions, suggesting items, and processing payments
o Explaining specials and meal choices in a friendly way, and suggestive selling items
o Proficient in picking up new procedures and tasks quickly while elevating customer service standards at the Front Counter or in-store Kiosk
o Have a sense of urgency towards all customers
o Stocks, restocks, and cleans workstations
o Follows recipe in preparing all foods
