Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Pricing and Revenue Management Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations research methods and operations algorithms. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing pricing and promotions / offers across all global markets, solving complex revenue management challenges, and leading a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional offers for global markets.
- Utilize Python to solve complex revenue management challenges. Experience with additional programming languages is a plus.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to pricing problems to generate ROI for global markets.
- Manage pricing tests in multiple markets simultaneously and conduct primary research projects (e.g., conjoint analysis).
- Lead and manage a global team of contractors, vendors, and direct reports across various time zones.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team, considering different communication skill levels.
- Intentionally grow, develop, and inspire team members to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860-$143,000 per year
