Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources and looking for flexible, part-time work. You will assist in various HR tasks to support our operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation coordination.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help manage compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with Paycor or other HR management software is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
