Job Description – Area Supervisor
Retzer Resources is a large McDonald's Restaurant Franchisee looking for ambitious individuals who want a career in a growing company. We own restaurants located in MS, AR, TN, TX, OK, and LA. Our Corporate HQ is located in Greenville, Mississippi.
Area Supervisors to provide leadership, coaching, direction, develop people, and improve restaurant operations to maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant. Consistently demonstrates McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with customers including the Restaurant Leadership Team and Crew. Applicant will be responsible for coaching the overall operational activities of multiple restaurants. Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week. Area Supervisor will work with the General Managers to achieve operational results. This is a full-time position. You will be expected to travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support your management teams.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follows up on restaurant operations such as food Safety, scheduling, maintenance and cleanliness
- Inventory Management
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Quality Food Production
- Safety and Security
- Exceptional Customer Service including responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Train new and current employees
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Implement company policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations including compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Strong leadership & motivational skills
- Friendly and outgoing
- Comfortable being on your feet for an entire shift
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for learning new things
Qualifications
· Restaurant management: 3 years (Required)
· Driver's License (Required)
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
