Location: 515 E MAIN ST, SOUTHBRIDGE, MA, 01550 Looking for qualified accounts payable position for long term and expanding company, offering 401k, Health care, paid vacation and accrued sick time. Starting rate 20 – 25/hr based on Experience. Work week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and some possible weekends. Must be able to travel.The AP associate will be responsible for daily accounts payable processing and reconciling. Tracking vendors and entering vendor data.Job duties to include but not limited to:Process invoices and reconcile statementsMaintain Vendor W9’s, contracts, schedules and dispute invoice issuesWork with spread sheets, proficient in Microsoft office programsAssist with identifying process inefficienciesCommunicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional mannerConform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructionsOther duties as assigned QualificationsAbility to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest level of professional composure, and integrityStrong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skillsTeam player, self-motivated,Problem-solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability, are of key importance.Proficient with Microsoft office programs Work Week:M-F 8am-5pm, some holidays and weekends as needed.Work day on location, Office located in Spencer Ma Rate of pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications.Benefits:Health insurance,401K,Paid time off
