Lead restaurant operations by focusing on three key areas:
1. Kitchen: Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
2. People: Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
3. Service: Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas within the restaurant to provide the best service.
Key responsibilities include taking action, being results-oriented, leading the experience, understanding teamwork, and shadowing a leader while upholding company policies and brand standards.
