Requirements:
The Custodial/Janitorial Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Custodial/Janitorial Person’s responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Filtering and cleaning oil fryers daily
- Unloading and putting away delivery orders twice per week (must be able to lift fifty pounds continuously)
- Maintaining outside grounds (Daily/Weekly/Seasonally/Throughout Shift)
- Clean restrooms (Daily/Throughout shift)
- Clean lobby (customer area) (Daily/Throughout Shift)
- Clean/organize Walk-in Cooler (Daily/Throughout Shift)
- Clean/organize Walk-in Freezer (Daily/Throughout Shift)
- Clean/organize Stockroom (Daily/Throughout Shift)
- Clean Crew room (Daily/Throughout Shift)
- Clean Dish sink area (Daily/Throughout Shift)
- Clean Soda System area (Daily/Throughout Shift)
- Clean Washing machine/mop sink area (Daily/Throughout Shift)
