TheseManagers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, likeTraining, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegatingtasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their teamand other Managers. The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities may include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a greatcustomer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all servicestaff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé andDrive-Thru areas are organized for the best service. The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great qualityfood to customers quickly, food is always prepared safely, food cost iscontrolled, and all kitchen staff are trained correctly in production procedures,including any new items that are periodically added to the menu.
