We are looking for friendly, dependable and enthusiastic people to work in this fast-paced environment where we strive above all else to offer top service and quality of food for our guests. Job Details:Our kitchen is the engine of our restaurant. The kitchen sets the pace for the rest of the restaurant so urgency is a must. In this fast-paced environment you will be responsible for neatly and accurately crafting our guests' favorite meals. You will work a variety of positions including the grill, the fryers, and assembling sandwiches. In addition to working in the kitchen, our closers are responsible for daily cleaning tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to: washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, stocking paper products, cleaning kitchen equipment, etc. Our kitchen closers must be able to work until 12am Sunday through Thursday and until 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays.  A successful production crew member is friendly, fast, flexible and service-minded.  They are detail-oriented and strive to meet the needs of guests and their fellow crew members. While there are a variety of tasks that kitchen crew members may be asked to complete to keep our restaurant operating efficiently, their main job is to serve our customers by preparing their food both accurately and neatly while accommodating any special requests. Crew members must work as a team with the management and with each other to meet shift goals.  Crew members will also focus on cleanliness around the restaurant to ensure positive guest experiences.   Requirements:Crew must be at least 16 years of age. Crew are expected to arrive on time and as scheduled with a positive attitude.
